We understand that things don’t always go as planned. Luxora provides a 60-minute grace period after your scheduled return time. After that, a charge equal to 20% of the daily rate applies for each additional hour. If the return exceeds five hours past due, a full extra rental day will be charged.
Yes, Luxora offers flexible one-way bookings. Whether you're wrapping up your drive in a different city or need a tailored drop-off location, you can select the "One-Way" option at checkout and enter your desired delivery and return addresses. We’ll handle the logistics so your journey ends exactly where it needs to.
Yes. We offer complimentary delivery within Orange County, Los Angeles, & San Diego, and surrounding Luxora zones. For LAX airport service, we apply a flat $125 fee. As you enter your delivery address during booking, our system will calculate the exact delivery or pickup cost automatically for full clarity. Pickup arrangements are also available by request.

All documents must belong to the individual listed on the rental agreement. Debit cards may be accepted upon further verification and approval.
Yes. Any charges incurred while the vehicle is in your possession are your responsibility. This includes toll roads, parking violations, traffic tickets, towing fees, and any penalties related to improper use. Luxora does not assume responsibility for these costs and will forward any associated fines to the renter.
We gladly accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In select cases, we may also accept wire transfers with prior approval. Please note: personal and business checks are not accepted.
Only drivers listed on your Luxora rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. We allow up to two authorized drivers per rental, both of whom must present valid licenses and proof of insurance. Drivers under the age of 25 are subject to an underage fee.
Yes, Luxora rewards guests who book extended experiences.
When you reserve a vehicle for 7 to 27 consecutive days, you’ll receive a 15% discount on the base rental rate. For rentals of 28 days or more, the discount increases to 30%.
Please note: These offers apply exclusively to the base rental cost and do not include optional services, fees, or add-ons. Extended rentals are perfect for long getaways, business stays, or seasonal luxury living.
Additional mileage charges are based on the specific make and model you choose. Exotic and supercars often carry different rates than luxury sedans or SUVs. You’ll find the exact mileage limits and allotted mileage fees listed transparently on each vehicle’s page.

Yes. At the start of your reservation, Luxora will place a temporary security hold on your credit card. The amount depends on factors like the vehicle tier, your age, insurance coverage, and payment profile.
This hold remains active throughout your rental and is promptly released once the vehicle is returned in excellent condition—on time, undamaged, and with no policy violations.
Yes—Luxora welcomes qualified drivers under 25, provided you carry valid full coverage insurance that extends to the type of vehicle you intend to rent. An underage fee will apply, and additional verification may be required depending on the vehicle class.

Not necessarily. If your personal auto insurance includes coverage for rental vehicles—especially those in the luxury or exotic category—you may not need to purchase additional protection.
As part of our process, we’ll verify your policy directly with your provider to ensure it fully extends to the vehicle you’ve selected. Our priority is making sure you're properly covered without unnecessary add-ons.
We understand that plans can shift. You have a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel without any fees.
If your reservation is canceled at least seven days before your rental begins, no penalty applies. However, cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled start date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the rental value.
Reservations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable and final, as the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you.
In select cases, yes. Luxora offers hourly rentals depending on the vehicle and the nature of the reservation. This flexibility is ideal for short events, photo shoots, or exclusive experiences where a full-day rental may not be necessary.
